This unit provides some valuable insight to the topic of lesson planning. I believe it is an essential part of language teaching as it helps the teacher to anticipate some possible problems and thus he/she must think about ways to overcome them. I agree with the idea that teachers need to have some degree of flexibility during the class and not stick to their lesson plan not matter what, but as I already said, I do think it is something all teachers should do before each of their lessons.
