This unit was about evaluations and tests, it covered three main ways for the teacher to monitor and evaluate students. The majority of the unit covered different types of tests, how and when they should be used, and things to consider when when they are used. I learned about a variety of testing methods and was provided with some resource material. The unit demonstrated the importance of evaluating so as to fully capture the students prior knowledge, weaknesses, and ideas for future coursework. All of which is important if the students are to get as much knowledge as they can out of the class.
