It sounds like the teachers will have more fun the more they get to know the students and the more comfortable they are as soon as they enter the class room. This can only be achieved with time and patience but with the help of good introduction games, even that stage should become fun and exciting for everyone. A lot of planning can go into each lesson and I'm sure even the youngest learners will have plenty of ideas for each class and what they prefer and what makes them feel comfortable. The content about correction goes for each part of people's lives and in that way plays a huge role in learners life. Correcting and encouraging in a positive and kind way has been one of my biggest goals and struggles in past jobs as a trainer and something I will always think as every person is different and needs to hear different words.
