The reference to the book Keep Talking by Klippell is helpful and I will look that up. I think i look forward to using warmers in class because it is great to get to know students and have them get to know each other. I am especially excited about the memory game and tongue twisters. it's helpful to remember that gaps will happen with students and that is normal. Some students are just faster learners. I have to remember my main job is to have the students practicing their English language skills; reading, speaking, writing and listening.
