In this unit I learned that there is a lot a teacher needs to consider in the planning of their lesson. When the appropriate time is to encourage and motivated their students and when the appropriate time is to correct them. I learned that it is vitaliy important to have the students speak as much English as possible and build their understanding of the language in various fun and engaging methods. I learned that it is better to let the student correct themselves, either individually or with other students, so that they can see and understand the mistakes they have made to prevent them from making the same mistake in the future. Thus increasing there knowledge and understanding of the English language.
