From this unit I learnt many things about controlling the class in the right way and at the right time. Using eye contact, gestures, the tone of voice and using students names are very important. Secondly, grouping students during different activities is very important in the class. Thirdly, I learnt about board work and how to do it effectively. Finally, I learnt good ways of forming relationships with the students and how to deal with discipline issues.
