I learned so much about the set up of a good classroom. I took special note of not always ensuring the teacher's dominant position in the classroom as being very important. Keeping eye contact with the students and not turning my back while giving instructions is something always very important to remember. It is also important to maximize student output by offering a variety of teaching techniques and methods throughout the class.
