Unit 19 covered teaching special groups such as beginners, teaching individual students, children, business English, monolingual and multilingual classes. Beginners are separated into different types of beginners which include the false beginner, the absolute beginner, the young beginner and several others level. I never thought about how in a multilingual class students would be pushed into using English more because they have to in order to communicate well with the other students so that was something new I learned from this unit.
