In this unit, I have learned that it is very important to know how to manage a class when it comes to teaching. There are three major factor that plays a big role when it comes to managing a class. For example; eye contacts,voice, and gesture.The eyes can be a method used to encourage the students to learn. The voice, it is very important to speak very slowly and clear when teaching. Lastly, gesture allows you to talk less in a class room and interact more.
