This unit taught me how to manage a classroom and some mistakes I already make during my English classes. For example I would always call the students name first before asking a question or how I would repeat a student's response for everyone else. It taught me how I could better improve rapport between my students and I. Some things unfortunately I cannot use due to my class sizes(40+ students) such as circle/horseshoe arrangement, there simply isn't enough space in the rooms.
