Troubleshooting and common problem situations that are covered in this unit,are very helpful. Making it understandable for the teachers, when dealing with problem situations. There are a number of solutions to use if any problems should arise to resolve specific issues, while teaching different group levels. I've learned that troubleshooting takes patience for not only teachers but students as well.
