Watching these two videos makes it very evident how important the teachers attitude is toward creating the right learning environment in the classroom. A general interest in teaching by the teacher can be seen in the second video that does not seem to be present in the first. This lack of enthusiasm by the teacher in the first video leads to the students to become bored, uninterested, and confused throughout the lesson. It is also clear from the second video that the teacher had prepared an effective ESA lesson with good elicitation techniques at the right time.
