This unit is focused on the teachers and learners. I learned about the qualities of a good teacher and also the roles that a teacher takes on. Something that particularly interested me was learning about how teachers need to read the classroom situation and adapt their role. For example, it is important to be an observer sometimes, but of course not all the time. The unit also focused on the qualities of learners and what the teacher can keep into account about different types of learners (ie. adults versus children and language levels).
