I found out that a teacher should create a lesson plan with such details as timing, learner's objectives, teacher's aims, phases of the lesson, monitor's teacher name, procedure, etc. The plan should be clear and helps not only to recent teachers but for those who would be later teach this class to know what was learnt. To make lessons smooth going one should check all the equipment before beginning, arrange seats, and be ready to chat with students.
