Every essence, that goes into the class preparation is very important. However, personally I think that teacher's attitude toward the class is the most important thing. This is because, no matter how well the teacher prepared or how fascinating the lecture sources are; if the teacher refuse to build any rapport with students and show disrespectful expressions to the class, then students will never respect the teacher while they build misconceptions about the teacher.
