This unit was comprised of two videos, the first of which depicted a poorly executed class, and the second depicting a more correctly executed class. After witnessing several ESL classes on my own now, I do not think that even the second lesson was done extremely well, as the teacher talked so fast that students who were still trying to learn the material presented in the lesson would have had little hope of understanding him. However, lessons I did take away from the second lesson included proper attitude and rapport with the students, ideas for the teaching of the material, and a demonstration of the kinds of lesson plans that TEFL promotes.
