In this unit I learned about different methods of teaching. I really enjoyed the description of the different activities that can be used in all three stages of the ESA methods of teaching. I often find it difficult to peak students' interests in new topics because teaching grammar is often dry. There are many activities like the alphabet relay, slow Pictionary and the box game that I can now use in my classroom to engage students in the topic before starting to teach.
