Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class, keeping a balance between a friendly, relaxed manner and a disciplinary attitude. The teacher can manage the class using his/her physical presence and voice, grouping students, varying seating arrangements, giving individual attention, adjusting his/her talking time, establishing rapport, maintaining discipline and responding to behaviour problems. This unit tought me how to provide individual attention, use my talking time appropriately and deal with student behaivor problems.
