From this unit 5 Classroom Management they explained about how to do Eye contact, gesture and the voice, grouping students, class arrangement, writing on the board, getting individual attention, teacher talking time and student talking time, giving instruction, publishing rapport and maintaining discipline. Over all this unit talked about how to build rapport between teacher and student to make the condition in the class for teaching activity goes well. And to involved all students in the class activity. I learned from this unit how to manage my own class become conducive.
