The template for planning lessons was incredibly helpful, as it gave me a general format to use. I've always been aware the importance of being organized in the classroom with curriculum, materials, and classroom management, but I found the section about time management particularly insightful. Planning ahead on how long to make each activity gives the teacher more control over the flow of the lesson, rather than being at the mercy of chance. That is definitely an area of teaching I will need to improve in.
