Managing classes is a learning process for both the teachers and the student. It is teachers' responsibility to ensure the teaching and practicing procedures. A good teacher should be aware that proper managing of classes requires a lot of skills. Teachers must be prepared all the time, set classroom rules and stick to them, be fair and consistent as always. This unit gives me additional information on how will I manage my class.
