Lesson Planning is one of my favorite things. It gives organization and structure and the ability to look back at what has been taught and document what has been learned. It is kind of like a journal for the teacher and students. Implementing the different ESA lesson planning ideas will push me out of my free-spirited-ness and help me to document and reflect more on the broader things the students need to be learning as well as the things i need to improve on at a teacher. I will use and share the sample lesson plan to improve my classroom experience.
