In this unit we learnt about Evaluation and Testing and the need for it. By regular testing the teacher knows whether the students have understood the concepts taught and in which areas they might need extra help. These tests also help the students to understand where they stand and helps in reinforcing what has been taught. The students also know if they are ready to take the external examinations and how they would fare in them.
