This unit was about how to manage classes. This included eye contact, gestures, and voice, how to group students, classroom arrangement, teach talk time, maintaining discipline, etc. I personally do a lot of the techniques described within my own classroom like maintaining eye contact in appropriate activities, using different gestures and visual aids, and trying to maintain rapport with my students. I will continue to use those methods taught and keep them in mind if I ever have the chance to teach a classroom in person.
