We learnt about the various factors that the teachers have to keep in mind while managing a class. The different methods and body language a teacher should use in class, the advantages and disadvantages of various seating plans, the different ways a class can be grouped and also various ways to maintain discipline were discussed. Problem behaviour, its reasons, prevention and response was also discussed.
