Watched the same lesson being taught twice by the teacher. After observing him we learnt what mistakes to avoid, how to behave to engage the students, and what body language is not acceptable and what body language to use to get a positive response from students. By speaking clearly and slowly, being encouraging and building a better rapport/atmosphere in class, the teacher got the students to actively participate.
