This unit was about teaching special groups such as young learners, individuals, business English learners, etc. I usually teach young learners but I think it would be nice to teach older students who may have a little background in the English language and want to better themselves. As a student in university, I have noticed my professors have done some of the "dont's" under the discipline category. I have had some that were late all the time or just wouldn't show up in general and just email us canceling class while in class. This caused me to respect them less as they showed complete lack of respect towards our time, money, and ultimately us. Of course things happen, but I would try to prevent any of the "dont's" to help facilitate teaching without any contradictions between the students and I.
