Classroom management is incredibly vital in making sure that the learning environment and energy is optimal. Because every student is different it may be challenging to keep proper balance and discipline while also making sure that the students understand what is being taught; however, with these methods I believe that I am better equipped to handle various situations with tact. For me, I believe that developing good rapport is the most vital thing because when the student teacher relationship is open and respectful I believe not only will students learn better but will also have a much better experience and will ultimately learn to love the English language.
