This unit gives us an overview of four past tense variations: past simple, past perfect, past continuous, and past perfect continuous. After completing this unit, I deepened my understanding of all past tense variations, their proper uses, and their irregularities. Having a broad but in-depth understanding of past tense will allow me to find the most efficient method for successfully teaching my students past tense.
