I currently work for an English teaching company called Qkids in which the parents can give feedback based on the teacher's performance. Most of the comments I get regard "teacher centered speaking". This unit helped me to see that how I teach could be changed to better engage the students on the lesson. I will definitely try to implement ESA lessons to better help my students be interested in the lesson while letting them have some fun while learning new words. This unit also helped make me aware of when is the proper time to correct a study. Rather than interrupt them, I will wait until they finish reading their sentences so it does not break their concentration.
