This unit covered conditionals and reported speech. Conditionals are something that English speakers use all of the time and it is something that I have given very little thought to. When learning the proper use of conditionals it seems like it should make sense and that following ones intuition makes sense but now it appears to be a bit more complicated than that. The same is true of reported speech. It seems to be somewhat automatic for an English speaker but when considering the rules, it gets a bit more complex. I will have to continue studying these.
