In these two videos I was able to see the difference an effective and experienced teacher can make on students and the class environment. In the first lesson the teacher was disorganized and seemed generally unprepared for the class. This in turn caused confusion in the students. The first lesson also seemed like the teacher was disinterested and almost annoyed with the students for not keeping up with the pace of the teacher. In the second lesson the teacher seemed much more prepared and had an attitude that showed he wanted to be there and teach the students. His pacing was much more steady and his tone of voice was much better. I now know that the teacher must bring the best energy possible in order to be effective at teaching students no matter how small or large the class is.
