It is easy to forget the simple grammar rules learned in elementary and middle school! I am grateful to have had an opportunity to review this material. I was particularly rusty with transitive verbs, gerunds, and participles. With learning of any language it is very important to understand the basic makeup of a sentence and how grammar systems are articulated. I expect this unit will help me to get my footing for the rest of the course.
