DO NOT - Use their L1. to have favorite students. Expect them to have all materials and to be afraid to make fun of yourself. Discipline what you should do or not do it. to do: Make yourself aware of their problems, change the dynamic as often as possible, be fair and consistent and change activities as often as possible. don't do it: be inconsistent, break rules, use physical punishment and get angry. 4. Business English; common problems: tiredness, mixed ability, attendance, and motivation. typical process: level test, needs analysis, the group needs negotiation, plan out the syllabus, test and evaluate progress and post-course evaluation. 5. Monolingual vsç Multilingual: monolingual students all have the same L1. and multilingual students have different L1.
