This unit discussed the different types of present tenses which included: present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. It then described how to use each tense through different sentences such as affirmative, negative, and questions. This unit allowed me to better understand how to use each present tense; thus, I will be able to explain each better to my students. Now I can correct them while explaining when to use each form of the present tense they are trying to use.
