This unit examined the two productive skills: speaking and writing. I realized that writing is the most difficult thing to learn a language as it requires accuracy. On the other hand, speaking a language is easier and requires a greater sense of fluency. I learned in this unit some techniques to use in a class to encourage student interaction speaking such as pair work, as well as a creative speaking and writing activities by using the ESA method. I also learned how games can stimulate the class environment and make class more interesting and fun.
