This unit focuses on the model of a lesson plan, procedures for preparation, the content of the plan and how to monitor and evaluate the students and teacher's performance in a learning environment. I have learned to create my own lesson plan using the sample given in the unit. I also learned how to evaluate myself as a teacher and identify my strengths and weaknesses, and ways to develop more and overcome my weaknesses.
