after completing this unit I can se that there are lots of different materials out there which can be used to teach English in the classroom that all have their benefits and sometimes disadvantages. For example, course books provide a tried and tested syllabus, but may be outdated or to general for the needs of specific students. It is important to think of the needs of students when choosing teaching materials.
