This has been an interesting study of how to establish rapport with students and to maintain an efficient classroom. It highlighted that different classroom circumstances require different responses from the teacher and different applications of discipline. If I was ever expected to plan my own lesson in my new job, this lesson would be a great foundational place to start. It was also interesting reading how allowing students to communicate and relax with each other can create a significantly less tense work environment and thus better learning.
