This unit basically covered the classroom management. It showed how to organize and manage the classroom. And for the students to be able to learn effectively, teacher needs to know her/his role, an example is she/he needs to know when he/she needs to talk and when he or she let the students talk in the classroom. Also, teacher needs to know how to establish rapport because it is very important for both teacher and students. For example, if teacher can make the class fun and interesting, the students are likely to enjoy more and they tend to pay more attention the class.
