On this unit I learned that a good teacher has to be able to know when and how to employ different types of roles in the classroom and that it is very important to observe and know what are the student's goals to work towards it, always being supportive and motivating the student to go further.
A good teacher does not correct students all the time, but supports them and knows when to correct their mistakes, and besides all of that a good teacher should be very professional not to lose the students' respect and appreciation.
