This module has a good deal of info to read and understand. I feel as though I learned quite a bit about the different needs of different groups. For instance, children need lots of engagement, and validation. Then, there is teaching English to business people. The require their own individual analysis as to what is needed and often times their learning is tailored to suit a specific purpose. Overall, good content in this lesson!
