This unit shows three main parts, the first one is what makes a good teacher and students. This part focus on the personality of the teacher and students throughout learning process in the classroom. The second part focus on the learner’s needs and characteristics and how teacher consider this when he/she is teaching. The third part focus on the roles of the teacher in the class and how to move from role to another in appropriate way.I have learned from teacher roles and students needs and characteristics.
