This unit gives a very good overall description of what is expected of a teacher and what is generally expected of a student. It also explains the different levels of the leaners; for example, beginner through to advanced and the different roles of a teacher; for example, manager, prompter, etc. These descriptions are very helpful because they allow the teacher to categorize the different levels of the students which will only benefit both the learner and the teacher. I particularly enjoyed the section on the learning experience because it gives a simple overview of what one can expect and why; for example, why adult students are more often nervous than their younger counterparts.
