This was a fun change of pace from the normal lesson. Though the teacher does not jump around like an entertainer in the second video, he is able to keep the attention of the students with a quick pace that involves the students every few seconds, and in an unpredictable order so as to keep their attention for worry of being called on. The explanations for the language point were mostly elicited from the class and presented on the board in an organized way so that students that are struggling would have a chance to follow and take notes for future study. It was also interesting to watch an example of an underprepared teacher who has his activities fall flat, and the corresponding reaction from students who would otherwise have been interested in the lesson.
