After this lesson, I've learned that right personality, good people skill and good subject knowledge are
crucial criteria to be a good teacher. First, you have to love the job then you are motivated to do it well. Second, you face different kind of students, a good communication skill helps build rapport with the students and so as to help them build confidence and motivate them. At last, good subject knowledge is a must for a good teacher, be able to teach a wide range of topics, ensure the lesson is enjoyable,interesting,varied and useful, so that students would like to participate and keep the right track on study.
