For unit two, I have learned and understood that the learners of English live in English speaking environment, they enhance their English skills because they can practice it everyday. All the theories, methods, and technigues have influenced current TEFL practice. We have to know the set of ideas that intended to explain and the way doing teaching. Further more, we have to be careful and with an organized plan. The procedure or process should be systematic and proper. Also, we should have the knowledge and skills in teaching TEFL. In teaching, the class should more on fun, and interesting to motivate the students. We can plan a game, or a role play that related to the topic that students enjoy and at the same time they will learn. Or, we can show real objects, pictures, and ask questions about them. We must encourage students speak and get their interests and let everyone be involved in the class. We must also let them think and speak out and encourage the student to share ideas so that class has interactions and be sure to always praise them. Afterwards, mistakes are corrected.
