Unit 16 covered the other half of language skills which is productive skills. Productive skills are composed of speaking and writing. In my experience as a student of a new language getting student to speak and feel comfortable speaking in class seems to be a big challenge for teachers. I think it definitely depends on the students which really just reinforces the need to scale the activity to the specific demographic of students you are teaching. If the students feel like the activity is too easy they will not feel the need to speak out.
