This unit shows two real videos in the real classroom. After watching these two videos, I learnt that teacher's attitude, manner, teaching style are easy to affect students.When students are familiar with the concepts discussed ,they can participate effectively in the Engage phase. Besides, teacher not only the teacher, but also the friend of students. A good teacher should get familiar with students. For example, to remenber students' names is a good way to be their friends.
