Unit 16 has introduced me to conditionals and their various forms, as well as reported and direct speech. The teaching ideas I could use in classes, to teach this content to learners (such as: Complete the conditional, what a question etc.). When reporting speech how verb tenses and pronouns change with the transition from direct to indirect speech. Time expressions are also modified when moving back in time, under the rule of back shifting. Caution to be taken when teaching this content to students, in the sense that the pace should be suitable for thorough understanding (perhaps introduce this section after tenses have been covered)>
